Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). (5 minutes)

In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, chopped basil, sea salt, and black pepper until well combined. This is your vibrant basil mayonnaise. (2 minutes)

Drizzle half of the basil mayonnaise evenly over the cauliflower pizza crust. Arrange the halved cherry tomatoes on top. (3 minutes)

Bake in the preheated oven for 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with fresh arugula and spinach. Sprinkle the crumbled cooked bacon over the greens. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the greens are slightly wilted. (10 minutes)

Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool slightly. Top with slices of fresh avocado. Drizzle the remaining basil mayonnaise over the pizza. Slice and serve immediately. (5 minutes)

For an extra layer of flavor, try adding a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese before the final bake.
If you don't have fresh basil, you can substitute 1 teaspoon of dried basil. Just be sure to rehydrate it slightly with a teaspoon of water before adding it to the mayonnaise.
Feel free to experiment with other toppings! Sun-dried tomatoes, roasted red peppers, or grilled chicken would all be delicious additions.
