For a richer flavor, allow the dressing to sit in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours before using. This allows the flavors to meld together beautifully. Adjust sweetness to your preference by adding a bit more or less sugar. If you don't have onion juice, you can substitute with 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder.
