Follow The Directions

01

Step

Preheat & Prepare: Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Line a rimmed baking pan with aluminum foil, then place a wire rack inside the pan and lightly coat with cooking spray. (5 minutes)

02

Step

Create the Sauce: In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the hot sauce, sucralose, salt, and garlic powder until well combined. Remove from heat and set aside. (5 minutes)

03

Step

Arrange the Wings: Place the chicken wing pieces evenly on the prepared wire rack, ensuring they are not overcrowded. (3 minutes)

04

Step

First Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and carefully pour off any accumulated juices from the bottom of the pan. Flip the chicken pieces over. (15 minutes)

05

Step

Second Bake: Bake for an additional 15 minutes, allowing the other side to crisp up. (15 minutes)

06

Step

Toss in Sauce: Remove the chicken from the oven and transfer to a large bowl. Pour the prepared sauce over the wings and toss gently until each piece is evenly coated. (5 minutes)

07

Step

Final Bake: Return the sauced chicken wings to the wire rack on the baking pan. Bake until the chicken is no longer pink at the bone and the juices run clear, approximately 15 to 30 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted near the bone should read 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). (15-30 minutes)

08

Step

Serve: Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving with blue cheese dressing (optional).

For extra crispy wings, pat the chicken dry with paper towels before placing them on the rack.
Adjust the amount of hot sauce to suit your spice preference.
Ensure the chicken wings are cooked to a safe internal temperature of 165 degrees F (74 degrees C) for food safety.
