For a richer flavor, use aged dark rum.
Ensure the prawns are dry before adding them to the skillet to achieve a better sear.
Be extremely cautious when igniting the rum. Keep a safe distance and have a lid nearby to smother the flames if necessary.
Serve with a sprinkle of fresh cilantro or parsley for added freshness.
