Follow The Directions

01

Step

Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper, ensuring it overhangs the sides for easy removal.

02

Step

In a medium bowl, combine the rolled oats, flaxseed meal, raisins, cranberries, and protein powder. Mix well to ensure even distribution.

03

Step

In a separate microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips, honey, and peanut butter.

04

Step

Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate chips are almost completely melted (approximately 1-2 minutes). Be careful not to overheat.

05

Step

Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is evenly coated.

06

Step

Press the mixture firmly and evenly into the prepared baking dish.

07

Step

Refrigerate for at least 20-30 minutes, or until the bars are firm to the touch.

08

Step

Using the parchment paper overhang, lift the bars out of the dish. Cut into desired squares or rectangles using a sharp knife or pizza cutter.

For a vegan option, substitute the whey protein powder with a plant-based protein powder and the honey with agave or maple syrup.
Feel free to customize these bars with your favorite nuts, seeds, or dried fruits. Chopped almonds, sunflower seeds, or dried cherries would be delicious additions.
Store the protein bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
