For an extra layer of flavor, try adding a pinch of cinnamon to the crumble topping. If you don't have fresh blueberries, frozen blueberries work just as well. Just be sure to thaw them slightly and drain any excess liquid before using. To prevent the crust from sticking to the pan, you can line it with parchment paper before pressing the chickpea mixture into it. These squares are delicious on their own, but they're also fantastic served with a dollop of Greek yogurt or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
