For an extra layer of flavor, try adding a pinch of smoked paprika to the quinoa while it cooks.
Feel free to experiment with different types of beans or vegetables to customize your burgers.
These burgers can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days before cooking.
