For an extra layer of flavor, try adding a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese to the mozzarella filling. If you don't have fresh rosemary, dried rosemary can be substituted. Use about 1/2 teaspoon. To prevent the bacon from shrinking too much during baking, partially cook it in a pan before wrapping the chicken.
