For a richer flavor, try using bone-in pork shoulder instead of tenderloin, but be sure to increase the cooking time. If you don't have apple cider vinegar, white vinegar or red wine vinegar can be used as a substitute. Experiment with different hot sauces to customize the spice level. Leftover pulled pork is excellent in tacos, salads, or on top of nachos.
