Follow The Directions

01

Step

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. (5 minutes)

02

Step

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant and softened, about 2 minutes. Add thawed and drained spinach to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until any excess liquid has evaporated, approximately 5 minutes. Stir in salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder. Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool slightly. (10 minutes)

03

Step

On a lightly floured surface, unroll pizza crust and gently stretch or roll into a 10x14 inch rectangle. Evenly spread the cooled spinach mixture over the pizza dough, leaving a small border. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the spinach mixture. Starting from one end, carefully roll up the crust into a tight loaf, pinching the seam to seal. Place the loaf seam-side down onto the prepared baking sheet. (10 minutes)

04

Step

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before slicing and serving. (25 minutes)

For an extra layer of flavor, consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes to the spinach mixture for a subtle kick.
Ensure the spinach is thoroughly drained to prevent a soggy bread. Squeeze out any excess moisture after thawing.
Feel free to experiment with different cheeses such as provolone or asiago for a unique twist.
Brush the top of the loaf with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic salt before baking for a golden, flavorful crust.
