Follow The Directions

01

Step

Gather all ingredients.

02

Step

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and cornstarch until smooth. Set aside the luscious sauce. (Prep time: ~2 minutes)

03

Step

Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork tenderloin strips and stir-fry until just browned and cooked through. Remove the pork from the wok and set aside. (Cook time: 2-4 minutes)

04

Step

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of sesame oil to the wok. Add the chopped red chile pepper and minced garlic, stirring until fragrant. (Cook time: 15-30 seconds)

05

Step

Add the chopped onion and green bell pepper to the wok. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the onion begins to soften. (Cook time: 2-3 minutes)

06

Step

Add the chopped bok choy stalks to the wok and stir-fry until they begin to soften. (Cook time: ~3 minutes)

07

Step

Introduce the broccoli florets to the wok and stir-fry until they are slightly softened and bright green. (Cook time: ~2 minutes)

08

Step

Return the cooked pork to the wok. Add the chopped bok choy leaves and the prepared soy sauce mixture. Stir continuously to combine all ingredients. Season with ground ginger. Continue to cook until the bok choy leaves start to wilt and the broccoli is tender-crisp, and the sauce has thickened. (Cook time: 5-7 minutes)

09

Step

Serve immediately over rice or noodles for a complete and satisfying meal.

For an extra layer of flavor, marinate the pork in 1 tablespoon of the soy sauce mixture for 15-20 minutes before cooking.
Adjust the amount of red chile pepper to your preferred level of spiciness. You can also use a pinch of red pepper flakes.
Feel free to substitute or add other vegetables, such as carrots, mushrooms, or snow peas.
Ensure the wok is very hot before adding ingredients to achieve the best stir-fry texture.
