For a richer flavor, try using ground chuck or a combination of ground beef and ground pork. If you like a thicker chili, mash some of the pinto beans against the side of the pot. This chili is even better the next day! Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Serve with your favorite toppings, such as shredded cheese, sour cream, chopped green onions, or a dollop of Greek yogurt.
