Follow The Directions

01

Step

In a small saucepan, combine sugar and apple cider vinegar. (1 minute)

02

Step

Heat over medium-low, stirring constantly, until the sugar is completely dissolved. Scrape down the sides of the pan to ensure no sugar granules remain. (3-5 minutes)

03

Step

Remove from heat and let cool slightly. (2-3 minutes)

04

Step

In a food processor, combine the vinegar mixture, olive oil, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes.

05

Step

Process until the garlic and red pepper flakes are finely minced and the dressing is emulsified. (1-2 minutes)

06

Step

For a smoother consistency, strain the dressing through a fine-mesh sieve.

For a nuttier flavor, lightly toast the sesame seeds and grind them into a powder before adding them to the dressing.
Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes to your preferred level of spiciness.
This dressing can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
