For a thinner dressing, add a tablespoon or two of water or milk while blending.

Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. The dressing may darken slightly due to oxidation, but the flavor will remain delicious.
For a vegan option, substitute the heavy cream with full-fat coconut milk or a plant-based cream alternative.
