For an extra layer of flavor, try grilling the chicken over charcoal instead of gas. If you don't have fresh pineapple, canned pineapple rings (drained well) can be used. Just be sure to pat them dry before grilling. The sour cream sauce can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
