Follow The Directions

01

Step
2 mins

In a medium bowl, whisk together the coconut milk and sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved. (Approximately 2 minutes)

02

Step
2 mins

Pour the sweetened coconut milk mixture into a blender. Add the crushed pineapple (with its juice) and chopped banana. Blend until the mixture is perfectly smooth and creamy. (Approximately 1-2 minutes)

03

Step
1 mins

Carefully pour the blended mixture into your ice pop molds, filling each to about ¾ full.

04

Step
3 mins

Gently press the chopped kiwi pieces into the coconut-pineapple mixture in each mold, distributing them evenly. (Approximately 3 minutes)

05

Step
8 hrs

Place the filled ice pop molds into the freezer and freeze until completely solid. This will take at least 8 hours, or preferably overnight.

For a richer flavor, use full-fat coconut milk.
Adjust the amount of sugar to your liking, depending on the sweetness of your fruit.
If you don't have ice pop molds, you can use small paper cups and insert popsicle sticks after the pops have partially frozen.
To easily remove the ice pops from the molds, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds.
