For a richer flavor, try using a good quality, deli-sliced corned beef.
If you don't have rye bread on hand, pumpernickel or even sourdough can be substituted.
To add a little heat, stir a pinch of red pepper flakes into the dressing mixture.
Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
