For a thicker smoothie, use more frozen strawberries or add a few ice cubes. If you don't have soy milk, any milk alternative or regular milk will work well. A touch of honey or maple syrup can be added for extra sweetness, if needed. Experiment with other fruits! A few blueberries or raspberries would be delicious additions.
