Follow The Directions

01

Step

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. (5 minutes)

02

Step

In a large bowl, whisk together the gochujang, soy sauce, water, sesame oil, and sugar until well combined and emulsified. (2 minutes)

03

Step

Add the sliced chicken, green onions, red cabbage, mushrooms, zucchini, and cooked ramen noodles to the bowl with the gochujang mixture. Toss gently but thoroughly to ensure all ingredients are evenly coated in the flavorful sauce. (5 minutes)

04

Step

Tear off four sheets of Reynolds Wrap® Aluminum Foil, each approximately 1 1/2 to 2 feet long. Place one sheet on a flat surface and spoon 1/4 of the ramen noodle mixture into the center of the foil. Carefully fold up the sides and ends of the foil to create a sealed packet, ensuring there are no gaps for steam to escape. (5 minutes)

05

Step

Repeat the process with the remaining three sheets of foil and ramen noodle mixture, creating a total of four foil packets. Arrange the foil packets on a cookie sheet tray, making sure they are evenly spaced. (5 minutes)

06

Step

Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the vegetables are tender-crisp. The internal temperature of the chicken should reach 165 degrees F. (25 minutes)

For an extra layer of flavor, consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes to the gochujang mixture.
If you prefer a sweeter profile, you can adjust the amount of sugar to your liking.
Feel free to substitute other vegetables based on your preferences and availability. Bell peppers, carrots, or spinach would all be delicious additions.
Ensure the foil packets are sealed tightly to prevent steam from escaping during baking, which will help the ingredients cook evenly and retain moisture.
Serve the Spicy Korean Chicken and Ramen Noodle Packets immediately after baking, allowing each person to open their own packet and enjoy the aromatic steam and vibrant flavors.
