Follow The Directions

01

Step
5 mins

Prepare the Foil Packets (5 minutes): Cut four 12-inch sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil. In a large bowl, gently mix the shrimp, potatoes, sausage, and corn together. Divide the mixture evenly among the four foil sheets, placing it in the center of each.

02

Step
5 mins

Season and Seal (5 minutes): Fold up the sides of each foil packet. Drizzle 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil over the mixture in each packet. Add 1 pat of butter, 1 teaspoon of seafood seasoning, 1 teaspoon of minced garlic, salt, and pepper to each. Squeeze one lemon wedge into each packet and leave it inside. Gently toss the mixture to combine all the ingredients. Fold the foil over to completely seal each packet, ensuring there are no openings.

03

Step
15 mins

Grill to Perfection (15 minutes): Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil the grate to prevent sticking. Place the foil packets directly on the grill. Grill until the shrimp is opaque and the vegetables are tender, approximately 15 minutes.

04

Step
2 mins

Serve and Enjoy (2 minutes): Carefully remove the foil packets from the grill. Open each packet, being cautious of escaping steam. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley leaves. Serve immediately and enjoy this delicious grilled shrimp boil!

For an extra layer of flavor, consider adding a splash of your favorite hot sauce or a dash of cayenne pepper to each foil packet.
Feel free to customize the vegetables based on your preference and what's in season. Bell peppers, onions, or zucchini would be excellent additions.
Ensure the foil packets are tightly sealed to trap the steam and cook the ingredients evenly. A double layer of foil can provide extra protection.
If you don't have a grill, these foil packets can also be baked in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for approximately 20-25 minutes, or until the shrimp is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
