Follow The Directions

01

Step
5 mins

Prepare the Batter: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, water, and salt until smooth. The batter will be thin – this is expected. (5 minutes)

02

Step
3 mins

Add the Fillings: Stir in the crabmeat, pork, tofu, bean sprouts, mixed vegetables, shallot, green onion and cabbage until evenly distributed throughout the batter. (3 minutes)

03

Step
1 mins

Cook the Pizzas: Heat 1 teaspoon of canola oil in a large skillet or crepe pan over medium heat. Once the oil is shimmering, pour enough batter into the pan to form a thin, even layer, like a crepe. (1 minute)

04

Step
6 mins

Cook until Golden: Cook for approximately 6-8 minutes, or until the underside is golden brown and the edges are starting to crisp. Use a spatula to carefully flip the pizza. (6-8 minutes)

05

Step
3 mins

Cook the Other Side: Cook for another 3-5 minutes, or until the second side is golden brown and the pizza is cooked through. Repeat with the remaining batter, adding more oil to the pan as needed. (3-5 minutes per pizza)

06

Step
2 mins

Make the Dipping Sauce: While the pizzas are cooking, prepare the dipping sauce. In a small bowl or jar, combine the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and chile pepper (if using). Whisk or shake well to combine. (2 minutes)

07

Step

Serve: Serve the Korean pizzas immediately with the dipping sauce on the side. Enjoy!

For a vegetarian option, omit the crabmeat and pork and add more tofu or other vegetables like mushrooms or zucchini.
The dipping sauce can be adjusted to your liking. Add a touch of sugar for sweetness or more chile pepper for heat.
These pizzas are best served fresh, but leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in a skillet or microwave before serving.

I tried this recipe last night, and it was a HUGE hit! My kids loved it, and it was so easy to customize with different veggies we had on hand.

The dipping sauce is what really makes this dish! I added a little bit of gochujang for an extra kick.

This is a great way to use up leftover cooked meats and vegetables. I'll definitely be making this again!
