This marinade is best when used immediately, but it can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
For optimal flavor, marinate the chicken for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight.

This marinade is amazing! My family loved it. I used it on chicken thighs and grilled them – so juicy and flavorful!

  • Libbie Stiedemann

I added a little sesame oil to the marinade and it took it to the next level. Definitely a keeper!

  • Margarette Conroy

Be careful with the chili paste! I added 4 teaspoons and it was HOT! Next time I'll start with 2 and adjust from there.

  • Marcos Jaskolskijacobson

I found it a little too sweet for my taste, so I reduced the sugar by 1/4 cup. Perfect!
