04

Release pressure carefully using the quick-release method according to manufacturer's instructions. (Approximately 2 minutes). Unlock and remove the lid. Serve immediately.

For an extra layer of flavor, consider adding a tablespoon of your favorite hot sauce to the pot before cooking.
Adjust the amount of seafood seasoning to your preference. Start with less and add more after tasting.
If you don't have beer on hand, chicken broth or water can be used as a substitute, though the flavor will be slightly different.
Be careful while doing the quick release, and keep your face and skin away from the steam

This recipe is a game-changer! So much faster than the traditional method, and the flavors are spot on.

Easy to follow and delicious! I added a bit of cayenne pepper for an extra kick.

I was skeptical about cooking seafood in the Instant Pot, but this recipe proved me wrong. The shrimp was perfectly cooked and not rubbery at all.
