Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, then flip and bake until sticks are browned and crisp and hold their shape without drooping when lifted, 10 to 20 more minutes. (25 minutes)

For an extra layer of flavor, try using garlic-infused olive oil.
Don't be afraid to experiment with different cheeses! Gruyere, Asiago, or even a smoked Gouda would be delicious.
