For a richer flavor, use full-fat cream cheese. Experiment with different herbs to customize the spread to your liking. Fresh herbs can also be used; just be sure to chop them finely. If you don't have dry vermouth, a splash of dry white wine or even lemon juice can be substituted. This spread can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
