For extra flavor, marinate the shrimp in half of the sauce mixture for 15-20 minutes before cooking. Adjust the amount of sriracha to control the level of spiciness. If you don't have peanut oil, vegetable oil or canola oil can be substituted. Serve immediately for the best texture. The shrimp can become soggy if left in the sauce for too long.
