Follow The Directions

01

Step

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly coat the bottom of a baking dish with olive oil and arrange the salmon fillets in the dish. (5 minutes)

02

Step

In a food processor, pulse walnuts and garlic until finely chopped. Add cilantro, softened butter, salt, and pepper. Process until a vibrant green paste forms. (10 minutes)

03

Step

Generously spread the cilantro-walnut paste evenly over the tops of the salmon fillets, pressing gently to adhere. (5 minutes)

04

Step

Bake in the preheated oven until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork, approximately 20-25 minutes. The internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C). (25 minutes)

For a richer flavor, toast the walnuts lightly in a dry skillet before adding them to the food processor.
Feel free to adjust the amount of garlic and cilantro to your preference.
Serve with a side of roasted vegetables or a fresh green salad for a complete and healthy meal.
To prevent sticking, you can line the baking dish with parchment paper.
