For an even richer sauce, use full-fat cream cheese and freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Feel free to add other vegetables to the primavera, such as asparagus, zucchini, or peas. If you don't have fettuccine, you can use any long pasta shape, such as spaghetti or linguine. To make ahead, cook the pasta and sauce separately. Combine them just before serving.
