Recipe View 25 mins Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until golden brown. (25 minutes)

For an extra golden crust, brush the top with an egg wash (1 egg beaten with 1 tablespoon of water) before baking.
Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots, peas, or potatoes to the filling.
To prevent the crust from browning too quickly, cover the edges with foil during the last 10 minutes of baking.
For a richer flavor, use chicken broth instead of water when making the crust.
