For a richer flavor, use a combination of beef broth and chicken broth. Add a dash of hot sauce or a pinch of red pepper flakes for a little kick. If you don't have Yukon Gold potatoes, Russet potatoes will also work well. This soup is even better the next day, as the flavors have had time to meld. Try topping with crumbled bacon for an extra layer of flavor and texture.
