For a deeper flavor, try using dark brown sugar. A touch of apple cider vinegar or Worcestershire sauce can add complexity. Feel free to adjust the ratio of brown sugar to mustard to suit your personal preference. For a spicy kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or a dash of hot sauce. This glaze is also wonderful on pork loin or chicken.
