Follow The Directions
01
Step
Prepare the glasses: (5 minutes) Moisten the rims of two margarita glasses with a lime wedge or a damp cloth. Spread coarse salt (or sugar) evenly on a small, flat plate. Gently press the moistened rims into the salt or sugar, ensuring they are evenly coated. Set aside.
02
Step
Combine ingredients: (2 minutes) In a blender, combine the tequila, triple sec, and slightly thawed limeade concentrate.
03
Step
Blend to perfection: (2 minutes) Add the ice cubes to the blender. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and slushy. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of water or lime juice.
04
Step
Serve immediately: (1 minute) Carefully pour the blended margarita into the prepared glasses. Garnish with a fresh lime wedge or a lime wheel. Serve immediately and enjoy responsibly.
For a smoother margarita, strain the blended mixture through a fine-mesh sieve before pouring into glasses.
Experiment with different fruits by adding chunks of fresh fruit to the blender before blending. Strawberry, mango, raspberry, and pineapple all work well.
For a spicy kick, add a small slice of jalapeño to the blender.
Adjust the sweetness by adding a touch of agave nectar or simple syrup to taste.
Use high-quality ingredients for the best flavor. The quality of the tequila and triple sec will significantly impact the final result.
