For an extra burst of flavor, try adding 1/2 cup of fresh or frozen blueberries to the dough. Don't be afraid to experiment with different types of non-dairy milk. Almond or cashew milk would also work well. If you don't have oat flour on hand, you can make your own by grinding rolled oats in a food processor until finely ground. These scones are best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
