For a smokier flavor, consider using smoked paprika in addition to or in place of some of the chili powder. If you prefer a spicier chili, add another chipotle pepper or a pinch of cayenne pepper. Serve with your favorite toppings, such as shredded cheese, sour cream, avocado, and tortilla chips.
