Follow The Directions

01

Step

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). (5 minutes)

02

Step

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside. (2 minutes)

03

Step

In a separate large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar using an electric mixer until light and fluffy. (5 minutes)

04

Step

Beat in the instant pudding mix until well combined. Add the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed. (3 minutes)

05

Step

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix. (3 minutes)

06

Step

Stir in the chocolate chunks and graham cereal until evenly distributed throughout the dough. (2 minutes)

07

Step

Using a 2-ounce ice cream scoop or rounded tablespoons, drop cookie dough onto an ungreased baking sheet, leaving some space between each cookie. (5 minutes)

08

Step

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. (12-15 minutes)

09

Step

Remove the cookies from the oven and immediately place 5-6 miniature marshmallows on top of each cookie. (2 minutes)

10

Step

Position an oven rack about 6 inches from the broiler and preheat the broiler. Place the cookies under the broiler, leaving the oven door slightly ajar. Broil for 15-30 seconds, or until the marshmallows are lightly toasted and golden brown. Watch carefully to prevent burning. (1 minute)

11

Step

Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for 1-2 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. (2 minutes)

For a richer flavor, use brown butter in the cookie dough.
To prevent the marshmallows from melting too quickly under the broiler, chill the cookies in the freezer for 5-10 minutes before broiling.
Store leftover cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
