For a smoky flavor, grill the corn before slicing the kernels. Simply grill the husked corn over medium heat until lightly charred, then let cool slightly before cutting off the kernels. Adjust the amount of Italian dressing to your preference. You may need more or less depending on the size of your vegetables. This salad is best served cold. It can be made a day ahead of time, but the vegetables may soften slightly. Add other fresh herbs, such as basil or parsley, for an extra layer of flavor.
