Follow The Directions

01

Step

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. (5 minutes)

02

Step

Unroll crescent dough and separate into 16 triangles. Spread each triangle evenly with Dijon mustard. Use a pizza cutter or knife to make 2 cuts into each triangle to create 3 smaller triangles. (10 minutes)

03

Step

Place one cheese strip and one sausage at the base of each smaller triangle and roll up completely. Arrange approximately 20 wrapped sausages on the prepared baking sheet in a large circle, radiating from the center with sides touching. Arrange the remaining rolled sausages inside the larger ring, slightly overlapping, to form a double-layered ring. (20 minutes)

04

Step

Brush the rolls lightly with the beaten egg and sprinkle evenly with everything bagel seasoning. (5 minutes)

05

Step

Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, 22-24 minutes. (24 minutes)

06

Step

While the wreath bakes, prepare the dipping sauce: In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, honey, stone ground mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth and well combined. Pour sauce into a small bowl suitable for placing in the center of the wreath. (5 minutes)

07

Step

Transfer the baked wreath to a serving platter. Place the bowl of dipping sauce in the center of the wreath. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs to resemble a holiday wreath. Serve warm or at room temperature. (5 minutes)

For a richer flavor, use smoked sausages.
Feel free to experiment with different cheeses, such as Gruyere or pepper jack.
If you don't have everything bagel seasoning, you can use a mixture of sesame seeds, poppy seeds, dried garlic, dried onion, and salt.
The honey mustard dipping sauce can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Make sure you don't overbake it, or the sausages will burst.
