For a richer flavor, use homemade chicken broth. Feel free to add other vegetables such as mushrooms or carrots. If baking the stuffing, add an extra 1/2 cup of chicken broth before baking to prevent it from drying out. For a vegetarian version, substitute vegetable broth for the chicken broth.
