For an extra layer of flavor, try toasting the peanuts before chopping and adding them to the sauce. If you don't have miso paste, a tiny pinch of salt will do, but miso adds a wonderful umami depth. Adjust the amount of brown sugar to your taste. Some prefer it sweeter, others more savory.
