For a milder salsa, remove the seeds and membranes from the jalapeño before mincing. If you prefer a smoother salsa, you can pulse the peach mixture in a food processor a few times before adding the avocado. This salsa is best served fresh. However, the peach mixture (without the avocado) can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Serve with tortilla chips, grilled chicken, fish, or tacos.
