Stir in the condensed tomato soup, ketchup, and cooked macaroni. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Stir to combine and bring the mixture to a simmer over medium-low heat. (2 minutes)

Sprinkle freshly shredded Parmesan cheese on top and serve immediately.
