If you don't have a warm place to let the rolls rise, you can place them in a cold oven with a pan of hot water on the rack below. The steam will help them rise. Make sure your water is not too hot, or it will kill the yeast. Aim for a temperature between 105-115°F (40-45°C). For easier slicing, chill the rolled log in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes before cutting.
