Wrap the tofu block in paper towels and place a heavy object on top for at least 30 minutes. Adjust the amount of sesame seeds to your liking. Consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes for a touch of heat. Serve immediately over rice or noodles, or alongside roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
