Combine and Serve: Place the frozen peas in a large colander. Drain the cooked pasta and peas together in the colander. Return the drained pasta and peas to the pot. Add the cooked bacon, sliced chicken, and Parmesan-egg mixture to the pot. Toss everything together until the pasta is well coated in the sauce, adding the reserved pasta water a little at a time to thin the sauce to your desired consistency. Serve immediately, garnished with extra grated Parmesan cheese and freshly ground black pepper, if desired.
