For a richer chocolate flavor, use dark cocoa powder. Line the jellyroll pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides, to easily lift the brownies out of the pan. If the frosting becomes too thick, add a tablespoon of milk at a time until desired consistency is reached. For a cleaner cut, use a warm knife to slice the chilled brownies.
