Cook chicken on the preheated grill until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, 10 to 15 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). Remove from the grill and slice. (15 minutes)

For an extra layer of flavor, marinate the chicken in the tandoori mixture for at least 30 minutes, or even overnight.
Adjust the amount of hot pepper sauce to your desired level of spiciness.
Feel free to add other vegetables to the salad, such as cucumbers or bell peppers of different colors.
If you don't have an outdoor grill, you can cook the chicken in a grill pan on the stovetop or bake it in the oven at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for about 20-25 minutes.
