In a large bowl, combine the feta cheese, sour cream, cottage cheese, cream cheese, and eggs. Mix well until fully combined. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the milk and vegetable oil. (10 minutes)

Lay 3 sheets of phyllo dough on a flat surface. Brush generously with the milk-oil mixture. Stack the sheets on top of each other. Place a line of the cheese mixture along one edge of the stacked phyllo. Roll the dough tightly into a log, then coil the log into a spiral shape. Transfer the spiral to the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining milk-oil mixture, phyllo dough, and cheese mixture. (25 minutes)

Bake the burek in the preheated oven until golden brown and crispy, approximately 40 minutes. (40 minutes)

For an extra golden crust, brush the top of the burek with a bit of the milk-oil mixture before baking.
