Follow The Directions

01

Step

Prepare the Cones: Wrap 1 sugar cone in a paper towel and microwave on high for 15 seconds, or until pliable. (Time: 15 seconds)

02

Step

Shape the Cornucopias: Quickly and carefully shape the end of the cone upwards into a cornucopia shape. Hold it until it re-hardens. (Time: 20-30 seconds). Repeat with each cone.

03

Step

Melt the Chocolate: Place white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds, stirring frequently, until melted. (Time: 30 seconds)

04

Step

Dip and Decorate: Place candied ginger in a small, wide bowl. Dip the top of each shaped cone into the melted chocolate, then into the candied ginger. Set on a wire rack to allow the chocolate to set. (Time: 5 minutes)

05

Step

Fill and Serve: Fill each cone with the mixed grapes. Arrange the filled cornucopias on a serving platter and garnish with any remaining grapes. (Time: 5 minutes)

For best results, work quickly while the sugar cone is still warm and pliable.
Feel free to customize the dipping and filling ingredients to suit your preferences. Sprinkles, nuts, dried fruits, or other candies can be used.
If you don't have a microwave, you can gently warm the cones in a preheated oven at a low temperature (around 200°F) for a few minutes until pliable.

I substituted dried cranberries and chopped pecans for the grapes and candied ginger. It was a fantastic variation!
