For an extra frosty Piña Colada, freeze the pineapple chunks for at least an hour before blending. Adjust the amount of rum to your liking. Start with less and add more to taste. If you don't have sweetened condensed coconut milk, you can use regular sweetened condensed milk and add a splash of coconut extract. To make a virgin Piña Colada, simply omit the rum.
