For a deeper, smokier flavor, add a teaspoon of liquid smoke to the marinade. If you don't have a grill, you can bake the ribs in the oven at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until tender. This marinade is also fantastic on other cuts of pork, as well as chicken, or even fish.

Oct 4, 2024These ribs were a huge hit at our barbecue! The bourbon marinade is so flavorful and the ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender.
